This is our second time having our car detailed by Cleen Detailing, Ottawa. Once again our car looks and feels like it was just wheeled off the showroom floor. The windows are glistening, the leather looks brand new, the carpets are spotless and when you slide your hand across the body of the car, it’s smooth like a baby’s backside. Showed up on time and worked exceptionally hard for 3+ hours scrubbing my car. Before he left he showed me one spot he wasn't quite able to get spotless and apologized, which was fine by me because I'd watched him scrubbing at it for 30+ minutes through the window. If his 30 minutes of work on that one spot couldn't get it out, and he does this kind of work regularly, there was no way I was getting it out either.
We had our car done today and we were amazed by the result. The gentleman (Ian) worked in 41c (feels like) for three hours without so much as a break. I have nothing but praise for this young man’s work ethic. I will certainly be using this service again.

With Covid 19 I was looking at having a mobile car detailing option. I had seen this company advertised through the news and they were priced right. Very happy and will use this company every year from now on.
Treated our 10 year old Rogue to a detailing after years of cleaning neglect. Ian arrived right on time , set up in our driveway and got to work. An amazing job considering the salt and dirt build up. I had forgotten that our floor mats were two tone! I highly recommend this service and coming to our door was an added bonus given the we are senior citizens.
My 9 year old car now looks and even smells new! Honestly, it feels and looks like the day I bought it. The 'old car' smell is gone! Total renewal! I've used them for two years now. Try to remember to get the standard package if you want to get the salt stain out. I got the lite package the second year. While the car was clean and the rims were pretty (got the rim and tire package), salt stains remained. Overall good solution for someone with a newborn and just don't have time to learn to detail cars properly.
I’ve never had my car detailed before so I shopped around online. Not too many companies come to you but during this pandemic, with two kids, I didn’t want to wait at a shop for my car to be detailed. Cleen Detailings online booking system is super easy to use, they even give you a $20 for two or more cars so my partner also got his done. They sent reminders at 24 and 48 hours before, and were on time with masks and extra safety precautions in place. I’m so happy with the guys as they were super efficient and professional. Will definitely hire them every year!
