Don’t worry, we’ve heard it all before. That’s why we’ve compiled all the questions we get asked the most frequently into one handy page!

It’s simple! Just head to our booking page and choose the Cleen package that suits your needs (psst..booking takes under two minutes, theres no credit card required, and you can cancel or reschedule at any time). When it comes time for your appointment your friendly Detailing Expert will show up at your door ready to clean your car!

Note: we use your water and electricity to clean your car, so we need to have access to a plug within 100 feet of your vehicle’s parking location, and access to a hose or tap upon arrival.

Of course! We also have some incredible at work bundles if you can swing some of your co-workers to get their cars’ cleaned at the same time. However, to operate on most commercial sites we need to get clearance from your building’s landlord / insurance company. The good news is that after we get approval once, we typically have it forever! This makes getting your car cleaned at work a breeze in the future.

Cleen’s equipment has tackled some incredibly dirty cars, and the end result is always fantastic. That being said, our equipment is not designed to treat extreme odour removal, or deal with deep unconventional stains like vomit or diarrhea (yuck!! sorry we had to go there but you know..answering an FAQ here!). For those kind of messes, it is better to pay a premium and leave your car overnight with a specialist. We do our absolute best to make it to your appointment on time no matter what, but sometimes severe weather can slow us down. In light rainfall conditions we are fully operational but there may be some delays. In heavy rainfall conditions, certain factors like wind and thunderstorms can result in appointment delays or rescheduling. In the event of any changes to your appointment, you will be promptly notified by phone and by email.

Our Detailing Experts process all of our payments after your appointment is complete on their mobile devices using Square, a top tier payment processing platform. If they don’t have cell phone reception or if you’re not around when the detailing takes place, payment can be made via an emailed invoice.

You can pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

Our appointment times vary from 1 to 4 hours based on your vehicle type, and the type of package that you select. Visit our packages page to know exactly how long your booking will take.

Our minimum lead time for online bookings is 24 hours, however if it’s urgent you can give us a call to see if you can be booked in sooner.

All of Cleen’s detailing appointments require access to an electrical outlet within around 110 feet of where your vehicle is parked, and access to tap or hose water to fill up a single wash bucket.
